Cancellation - Return and Exchange Policy

- It is possible to return or exchange undamaged and matching parts in order within 3 days from the date of delivery provided and the customer is charged the shipping costs and if the customer gets free shipping upon purchase then he bears the actual cost of shipping back and forth.

- It is required that the parts be in the new condition and have not been used, tried, or opened its   outer or inner wrapping and free from any oil, scratch or any damage.

- Electrical and electronic parts require special approval before returning.

- If there is a defect or non-conformity of the piece, it will be compensated for another piece without additional costs, provided that a return request is submitted to the store within 24 hours of receiving the part.

- The parts related to any car of special order and the parts required upon the request of the customer in particular, it is not returned or refunded.

Steps to return:

- A return request is raised on the store by logging into my account and then my requests and clicking on return request.

- Coordination is made with the customer to inform him about the return mechanism.

- The product should be well wrapped to avoid damage during transportation.

- The customer will be notified through the site of the return status.

- The procedures for returning the amount to the customer begin after the product reaches our warehouse and after ensuring its safety.

Refund period:

- For Bank transfers: The order amount is returned to the same account transferred from within one working day from the date the item was received.

- Credit Cards: The return request to the bank is raised on the same credit card used, and it may require from 7 to 21 working days for the value to appear on the customer’s bank statement from the date it is returned to the value.
